Consistently good!

I have stayed pretty frequently at this hotel. I have always been provided a clean room at a reasonable rate. Staff is always courteous.

A Model of Consistensy

I have been staying at this location for a couple of months now. The desk attendant is always friendly and helpful. My rooms are always clean, and i haven't had an unpleasant stay. I plan to continue using this hotel.

Rooms are a little outdated, bed spreads looked dirty. Lights and a/c were turned on before we arrived, this was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of toast, banana or waffles. Nothing for kids, only coffee to drink, no juices. The staff were so friendly.

I loved how food options were in walking distance, but the area felt and looked a little sketchy. But the hot tub in the room was awesome. They need more drink and food options in the breakfast area. They only had waffles and coffee. My son didn't get to have a drink with his waffles. Not even water was an option.

AVOID

The staff is super friendly. The rooms have a smell, the mirrors are filthy and not to forget…. Roaches. Also no wash clothes you must use hand towels. The breakfast was laughable. We got to breakfast early and found one banana and one heel slice of bread. They did have waffles and coffee. They have granite counter tops so I guess at one time it was a nice place. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Don't even bother

We would've spent two nights here except we had prepaid. Won't be back either. Avoid this place where there was no security and gangs openly roaned. Our room smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. The rooms are provided two small pillows, and don't bother to ask the office for more, there are any. No service of any kind, sparch breakfast, i didn't even bother. (24 food stops are nearby.)

Worst stay of my life!!!

There were only 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes no cups the sheets and covers were stained the staff wasn’t very kind and they woke us up by banging on the door an hour and a half before check out! Then they came back 15 mins before check out to bang on the door again!! Worst experience of my life and it’s my damn birthday I should have been able to relax! The room is absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website at all and parking was Ridiculous!!

First thing is they take pets but sign said $25 but front desk girl said $20 deposit. We'll see if I get my money back. The pool is gone but had a somewhat fenced in area for my dog which was nice. The room smelled like rotten feet and when I was brushing my teeth I noticed a lot of black mold under the rim of the sink... Oh and how could I forget the room was huge with a couch, coffee table and a desk but more than half the lights either didn't have bulbs or just didn't work.. I was way too tired to deal with the problem.

Hi guys, I’m sure you already knew what was wrong with the room before I got in there, given how eager your staff were to enter my room with master keys WHILE I WAS STILL MOVING OUT. On the plus side: I did have my own extra pillow and earplugs available to get a peaceful night’s sleep on the noisy interstate side of the motel. The room was spacious for me alone and pretty clean as one could expect. I easily rinsed off the A/C filter which was not too dirty. The biggest inconvenience, as you know, was that the sink faucet was completely detached from the counter and had to be held in place to operate the handle. The fridge was almost half ice, so I turned it completely off to defrost it at checkout. Sorry to the next resident who will get a huge puddle of water when they open it. I had to use the fridge since the hotel provides no ice otherwise. Nor do they provide breakfast (in spite of “breakfast included” advertised). I don’t count a waffle maker with nothing to put on it as even toast. Don’t get me started on the mystery orange liquid stuff in a pitcher. The bedside was missing a lightbulb and the shower head is loose in spite of hand tightening and spraying all over.

Pictures of property are really misleading. Property in dire need of renovations. Felecia at front desk was really accommodating and the brightest spark of the entire experience. She went above and beyond too make our stay more delightful

There was a strong smell of cleanser in the room. So much so it upset my stomach. The front desk personnel were very friendly however that does not make up for the need to update the property. I do not think I got my moneys worth.

Ill start this by saying I wish I would have taken pictures. My wife and I stayed 1 night in room 226. We originally had room 118 however when we got into the room, the toilet was constantly running so I had them move us. Room 226 wasnt very much better. The ceiling definitely had leaks in the past as the seam tape was pealing off and there was bad water stains on the ceiling. There wasn't a smoke alarm in the room either, which, in my opinion, is a major fire hazard, and 2 of the lights in the room did not work. The "blanket" they provide also had cigarette burn holes in it and the door locked, thankfully, but looked like it had been kicked in a time or two. The heater, set at 85°F, was also not blowing very hot on a cold night. I could go on and on. Would have extended my stay beyond one night but after 2 below sub-par rooms, we decided to leave. I wouldnt have stayed, however, my stay was non-refundable. Overall, very poor quality rooms. Probably wouldnt stay here again.
