"Our group had a great time at this property! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful summer stay. It was an about a 12 min drive to the village of Watkins, but Tin Barn Brewing is practically in the back yard and other wineries close by. We were able to find local transportation to get us to the village so no one had to worry about driving! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! Looks much larger than the photos showed! Jason was very responsive and welcoming as a host!"

"House had its roots but a great sized house. Plenty of seating to accommodate rooms to guest amount. Do suggest an oven temp gauge as we had no idea when it was up to temp. Super easy to clean up and checkout! We loved that it was private! "
