"The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. "We had a wonderful stay at Cita’s lovely Geneva home. Everything was so clean, well decorated and comfortable that we instantly felt at home. The neighborhood was very nice and relaxing with people walking their dogs and saying hello as they passed by. The two bicycles were a nice touch, located in the garage, for a morning ride. We’ll definitely stay at Cita’s home again when we visit the area. "

"This property was a major disappointment. The photos are heavily edited and don’t reflect the reality—shaky toilets, torn blinds, uncomfortable beds, and a serious bug problem made the stay unpleasant. The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend."
