"Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing! Overall great location, close to Bukit Bingtang and great hotel will definitely stay here on our next trip to KL. Thank you"

"Very good room, spacious and clean, bonus having a washing machine, unfortunately the fridge was broken and the kettle cord had been burnt and still in the room, which was quite dangerous. Great location, with the KL Tower about a 5 min walk away."

"Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."
