"El desayuno era variado. Muy bueno. La oportunidad de mejora está en el SPA, la puerta de acceso al lobby del SPA estaba dañada y no ofrecía un buen aspecto hacia los visitantes, lo cual se percibía como de baja calidad y hacia que la experiencia no fuera excelente. Los precios de los masajes eran un poco más alto, respecto a otros establecimientos de igual calidad que se encuentran en Nagoya. Todo lo demás es excelente."

"We took the junior suite for our overnight stay. As the three of us entered there was an obvious smell of smoke cigarette but it cleared up after a while. The suite was quite spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would like to recommend that hand towels be provided and that there were more floor towels instead of just the 3 bath towels and 1 rather damp floor towel for the shower cubicle. The bathroom door also could be closed properly and so every time we used the toilet or took a bath the door would be slightly ajar. Overall, the hotel was in a good location. However, despite the suite being a comfortable and good place to rest and sleep, more can be done to make the stay an even better one."

"The staff were super friendly on arrival, the place was clean, the restaurant was pleasant with decent food, the pool was a nice temp (not too cold) and the gym sufficient to keep active on holidays. The sandals they provided were super cute as was the show in the restaurant in the restaurant every morning around 8am (all of the staff are involved). The hotel colours are a vibe! There is a shopping centre conveniently located across the road and you can use the overpass to cross safely. The view would be amazing if only there were no fires in Kalimantan creating a haze. Definitely recommend staying here."
