"I booked the hotel through expedia... and paid the price online.. but the guy at reception charged me extra double money for the room. Saying that.. we dont have rooms under 1000inr. I said.. i booked online... but he said.. he cant do... even i booked online. Room was dirty.. bathroom dont have hot water... no soap.. no handwash. No paper. Bed sheets were used .. not changed. "

"My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. Every member of the team made me feel truly welcome. A special shout-out to Vanshika and Jaspreet at the tea station, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest was well taken care of. Their attentiveness, kindness, and cheerful attitude made every visit a delight. Muskan was equally outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire service team, including everyone serving in the restaurant, was incredibly courteous and made every meal a wonderful experience. The food deserves special recognition. The chefs have done an outstanding job creating authentic, flavorful dishes that were among the best I’ve had. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The live music during dinner added such a relaxing and memorable touch, creating the perfect atmosphere after a day of exploring. If you’re planning a visit to the Golden Temple with your family, I highly recommend staying at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar. Outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, wonderful staff, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere make this a place I would gladly return to. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
