"I can’t praise Bastogne enough! The hotel was clean and modern. There’s a restaurant called “Nuts” across the way from the Leo. I highly recommend getting the trout there. It was delicious. They still greatly appreciate the 101st ABN. The Battle of the Bulge museum is fantastic. Nearby, you can clearly see foxholes that were dug 75 years ago. The 101st museum was closedthe days we were there. Many businesses are closed on Mondays.

If visiting, rent a car. There is no taxi or Uber in town. The great museum and memorial are 2 miles out of town, with no shuttle services. Crazy for a town catering to visitors.
