"Sebastian and Sylvie were excellent and highly professional hosts. The château is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and charming. I highly recommend this place — 10/10. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bordeaux."

"Property was taken ideal for a 1 night stay Not the best neighborhood and no elevator if you’re on the 3rd floor but staff was great and carried our bags to the room and provided us with a map and suggestions on what to do and see"

"I rated it a 2 star as my wife and I booked a room and they only supplied a small ineffective fan in an attempt to keep us cool during the 42C weather. It was a horrible evening. I know a hotel doesn’t control the weather but in the event of very hot temperatures they can’t provide a cool comfortable room, they should then simply not rent the affected rooms. Lovely staff and nice hotel facilities."

"Stayed 1 night, used parking facilities which were easy to find and close by. Walked into the city centre both days as was close enough."

"The place was much smaller than I thought it would be. The shower and vanity were part of the room, but it was nice that the toilet had a door. And, I guess you get what you pay for…the place was pretty cheap."
