"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

Outside area with table and chairs filthy from pidgeons and kitchen window did not lock. Otherwise would have been fine. Excellent location."

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Location was great and easy to get to a lot of places. Check in was okay - the email made it sound like the apartment was easy to find but it was a little confusing and I struggled. Some of the amenities could be improved with little things - there was no soap or a trash can in the bathroom which is an easy fix and I couldn’t find the button to open the shades in the bedroom. Otherwise it was fine. "

Superb hotel close to old town and lake!
"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci "
