"Property is surrounded by a security fence, gate code provided didn't work. Initial entry code to the building for after-hours check-in didn't work, we had to call the hotel's customer service to get a new code. We were then billed by the hotel for our stay even though we had already paid Expedia. We did eventually receive a refund. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine, the hotel is convenient for travel and to a large shopping mall with many options for food and shopping."
