"Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Everything was perfect here. The only difficulty was to find the hotel. If you are driving you need to park on a nearby street and walk there. Then they directed us to the parking lot to leave the car over night and we had to walk to the hotel. The will carry all of our luggage on a little van that they have.
