AT&T Hotel & Conference Center at the University of Texas
10/10 Excellent
"This is our 4th time staying there. Always convenient when you have things to do at UT. We didn't get the VIP perk this time for some reasons. Also there are construction activities happening next to the hotel as it is the case throughout the city these days. So can be annoying particularly if you use the parking garage or the room is located on that side of the building. Other than that our stay was as usual great. Friendly staff and housekeeping on point."
"The staff were great, and the location was perfect—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants in downtown. We really enjoyed the vibrant street nightlife. Austin is a beautiful city filled with happy, welcoming people. My family loves spending weekends in downtown Austin, and we definitely plan to return."

"Everything about my stay here was excellent except the bartenders in the bar on 6/28. Came back to the hotel and waited at the bar for like almost 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. There were two bartenders and every customer at the full bar had drinks. The male bartender wasn't doing much while the lady was slowly doing little things. He noticed I was patiently waiting and kept just passing me up. Finally the lady bartender took my order and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted change. Of course, I said yes! There was no way I was going to tip her $5 for two beers from such poor customer service. "
