"Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is difficult; however, the staff readily assisted me to secure parking nearby. Very relaxing!"

"The rooms and the beds are very small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and impressively navigated several jobs at once in three languages. The location off the highway is convenient for driving but you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel because there are no sidewalks and it is a busy street. You have to make a reservation ahead of time if you want dinner there. It is pet friendly but no place to walk your dog."

"As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."

"Great reasonably priced place to stay. Really nice staff. Breakfast was fine - a nice tray is provided to carry it to your table. There is a grill restaurant around the corner. Convenient place to stay if you are travelling - good parking with fast chargers if you have an electric car - when we were there there seemed good availability of these."

"Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!"

"Un très bon hôtel avec vue sur le lac et accès direct à la plage, personnel souriant et chaleureux, chambre un peu petite, mais c'est suffisant pour une personne et il y a d'autres chambres proposant des prestations plus grandes. Merci à eux !"

"The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff."
