"The owner did not informed us (he said he did not know that either) that there will be a noisy construction on the weekend we booked this apartment. There was a plastic bag in front of the windows which made us unable to get some fresh air. It was sticky inside, smelled like paint and chemicals. The workers started before 8 AM and were shouting very loud the whole day, the mashines were also way too loud. My wife is pregnant in the 7th month. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting).
