"This was our first visit of the property under the new name and branding. The redesigned foyer and common areas are appealing and well designed, our family room was clean and comfortable and nicely put together in terms of style. The restaurant area is less successful in terms of design and we would not rate the breakfast above average. However, five stars to the entire breakfast team (open kitchen included) for their warm hospitality. "

"When booking with this hotel make sure that breakfast is included in the fee for the room. Otherwise you will be paying 15 pounds for every meal. "The rooms were lovely and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including good tea and coffee facilities. The spa area was fantastic — although the pool was on the smaller side, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We both had back massages, which were absolutely worth it, and there’s a really relaxing space to unwind in afterwards. The gym is compact but has all the essential equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions. We also dined in the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The bar area was great too — a really nice place to relax in the evening."
