"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

Spectacular loft in downtown Narbonne
"We stayed at Henri’s modern loft with an industrial vibe from 15 - 19 May, 2024. The apartment/loft is very spacious, clean, and with all the accoutrements you would expect at home! The deck/balconies on the North and South sides of the loft were wonderful and provided a lovely cross breeze! Henri was delightful and so welcoming. He met us outside the parking garage and then escorted us to the apartment, providing a great overview of all of the apartment’s features. His English is far better than our French 👍. We recommend this apartment highly as a home base for all that is Languedoc!"
