"Unable to use the pool Closed quite early, sun was still up! Rooms were uncomfortably hot! 24c and unable to use A/C as system is central and off for the season! A floor fan was provided but incredibly noisy"

"We had a one night family stay with breakfast included. Excellent hotel with facilities in line with 4-star superior status. Nearby free parking very helpful for those who have a car like we had. There are good bars and restaurants within a 10-min radius on foot. Only reservations I have was about a continuous whirring noise I could hear in my room: it somewhat interfered with my sleep and I'd suggest the hotel to look into it and take measures to minimise it."

"The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room was extremely hot, there was quite a lot of noise, and I believe there were works going on in or around the building. On the day I checked out, the hot water was not working either. Aside from these issues, my stay was overall acceptable. "

"Loved this place! Great rooms, great staff. Alot of consideration has gone into curating a wonderful experience, from the check-in to showing you to your room. Well designed and feels family run. The staff, each one seemed really content and happy to help, whilst giving you space to come and go as you wish. My only issue came from outside when the bars and clubs closed on Friday and Saturday night. If you're a light sleeper bring earbuds. Apart from that a great location and super quiet in the day. "

"Parking was near by but you have to pay for it! This was okay it felt save. The staff was so nice! Especially our breakfast was excellent and cappuccino was made as you wish. Quiet place with airconditioning and right in the center of Olbia. I will for sure recommend this Boutique Hotel Every day a fresh room and fresh bottle of water. "

"If you wanna stay on the ground floor, choose the 1st option with smaller room. Other rooms are on 1st floor without a lift. The room is good but bring along with your own shampoo/shower gel. They offer one there without label. So I don’t even know that is a shower gel or shampoo. Unlike other stay, they don’t offer bottle of water and tap water isn’t drinkable. Others are all great. "

"Definetly would not recommend this property. Very outdated, experienced problem with room, elevator, garage, spa access limited 3 hrs only not informed upon check-in. Area surrounding is noisy. Dining options breakfast only & limited selection. "
