"Excellent restaurant for dinner with great food and outstanding service. Breakfast was OK but not at the same quality as dinner. Convenient parking at hotel. Room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed."
"The resort is located on the side of the hill so you could see down in the valley, which is very beautiful in the morning. The rooms are very clean spacious bathrooms. The resort also has parking lot. The drive to the resort is windy, twisty uneven roads I was the only thing that I didn’t like But the resort itself is amazing. "
"A fantastic hidden gem of a hotel in the picturesque San Gemini town. The hotel restaurant was incredible, and the service was impeccable and very friendly. We have recommended this hotel to everyone we know!"
"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "
"Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The place has a charming, old-world character that adds to its unique appeal. A truly pleasant experience!"
"The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning"

"Shower poorly designed and water drainage a major issue. Water overflowed into the corridor and toilet adjacent. Breakfast included which was just coffee and milk. Oven fitted into the kitchen had no socket to plug it into and therefore did not work. Bed in the second room not suitable as the lower pull out bed blocked the entire room which meant we had to use the sofa bed for my mother in law. "

"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Outside there is amble parking once you enter through the electric gate as well as loads of seating areas under cover and around the pool. The pool was perfect sized and for those itlnterestes, BBQ and further seating. Dispute all of this, oddly the highlight was the communication with Alessandro the property manager! Always on hand and responded via WhatsApp promptly. Any subsequent visits will be down to how brilliant he was! In terms of the area, marmore falls and piedluco lake were highlights. My advice is to take your time with the waterfall. Grab some lunch and a drink at the bottom before heading back up. Don't worry about fitness and being out of breath. Litterally everyone we say regardless of ages and physique was in bits at some point climbing back up. I just wish we were able to fit in a second trip to marmore falls! Basically in summary....get it booked and enjoy (oh and don't forget mosquito spray as youll need this most of the time in Italy!!!)"
