"The front desk receptionist was phenomenal. I wish I remembered her name, but the only one I met there that spoke English. She worked with me when somebody had canceled my reservation to rebook, upgraded us because of the hassle, and then let me extend our reservation for another day in the same rooms. She was an absolute godsend! The only bad thing was that the room’s bathroom smelled a little funky when first coming in but went away when we opened the doors for fresh air"
