This cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Lombard house in the heart of Barzio , inside a characteristic courtyard called “ lòbia ” in dialect, which indicates a covered porch or balcony.
The entrance is from a fenced and quiet courtyard , in a small pedestrian street that leads directly to the church and the main square of the town.
The apartment is easily accessible, without steps, and consists of a bright living area with open kitchen, dining table, sofa, armchair, TV and decorative fireplace (not usable).
The kitchen , simple but well equipped, has everything you need to cook independently.
The bedroom has a double bed , wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an armchair. An additional cot is available for a third person.
The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
Thanks to the wooden furniture and rustic details, the apartment transmits the warm atmosphere of a real mountain home .
Guests can also take advantage of the covered outdoor area under the balcony, ideal for a moment of outdoor relaxation.
💚 Available to all guests of the three apartments there is a large shared garden at the back of the house, a green and quiet corner in the heart of Barzio.
📍 Location: the house is located in the center, a few steps from bars, restaurants and shops, and a short distance from mountain trails.
The Piani di Bobbio cable car can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot (free shuttle in winter).
There's no private parking, but you'll find ample free public parking just a few minutes' walk away.

The entire Casa Lòbia , consisting of three independent apartments, can also be rented entirely , ideal for large groups or more families traveling together.
