"It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!"

"The location is excellent, right by the metro station. Penny market and Pam store is also very close. The apartment is good, but has a few issues to mention. When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. "A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!"

"We spent 4 nights in Varenna, which is a fantastic location to explore the Lake with great access to mid-lake ferry service. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults.
