"Wonderful hotel. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We were able to chat with hotel staff via WhatsApp for airport shuttle. Pick up was stress free. Once we arrived we were helped by Juan. He took our luggage, escorted us to desk service and to our room. He was extremely helpful, full of information and very friendly. Ana the waitress from the restaurant went above and beyond and made us fresh pot of coffee and ordered us Colombias best arepas for us to try. Hotel is located right across the street from the beach and next to a shopping mall. Mall has delicious food in the food court. There’s also a supermarket at the lower level. It is best to use hotels taxi. They were available to drop off and pick up. They also provide private excursions (which we hope to use next time we visit)."

"If you can go here, you simply should. Its a beautiful property. Great food and beaches. Restaurants were excellent. Road getting here isnt great, but you're not driving. Boat works too. Awesome breakfast."

"My stay was amazing. Diana was a gracious host any problems we had she immediately solved them and if we had any questions or concerns, she took care of them immediately. She also recommended places to go and also arrange for our safe transportation. The other staff was also very gracious and helpful if we needed anything, they went above and beyond to help us. The only downside was the food. Not much seasonings. But overall, I would definitely recommend and come back to stay."
