"I have no idea how the reviews for this hotel is accurate. My opinion they were paid for. When arriving around 11:00 pm the front desk the gentleman was very friendly. That is the only thing I say that is good. Elevator wasn’t working, dirty walls and missing tiles on floors, When we arrived to our room there was a big square plastic container under the air conditioner. "We stayed at the Northlake property for two nights. Excellent service and super friendly staff! A shout out to Mike the breakfast bar worker, and to Quantrel and Jordan at the front desk! Best breakfast I have had at a comparable hotel."

"Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived. Parking was well lit and very good. The room was clean, good water pressure, but the smell of deodorizer or cleanser was a bit strong and we thought it would eventually diminish. So, after returning to the room from an evening out, it was still lingering but we were tired and settled in for the night.
