"I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV.
