"We fell immediately in love with the beautiful apartment which is so nicely decorated and well organized. Everything was clean and ready for use. The owners are very helpful and super kind, they also provided a useful list of tips for really enjoying our staying! Our kid enjoyed particularly the playground close by, and the toys and games collection of the apartment. Everything went very smooth, we will for sure come back again!"

"We took a family trip to nienhagen and it went well. We had an great appartement with a modern kitchen. But it was upsetting, for the reason that there wasnt an abillity to connect with the wifi. "Die Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Meer sieht man seitlich vom Balkon. Es sind aber nur 3 Minuten zum Meer. Die Möbel sind schön, aber standard. Im zweiten Zimmer steht ein Bett, was eher für Kinder geeignet ist. Ein paar Wände könnten neue Farbe vertragen, dass ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. "Die FEWO 3 befindet sich in einem sehr schön sanierten Haus in der 1. Etage in zentraler Lage von Kühlungsborn. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand.Das Parken, die Wohnung selbst und die separaze Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder waren top. Es gab sogar eine Lademöglichkeit des E-Bike im Fahrradraum.Die Lage ist super zentral, alles ist easy fußläufig fix erreichbar, ob Seebrücke, Strand, Gaststätten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
