"This was the perfect spot for our large family. There was a place for everyone to sleep and it was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The rooftop patio was a hit for us. The location was very nice as well! They were prepared with sound machines and ear plugs for the lively Saturday night music nearby. Overall I would stay again!"

"We were looking for a calm and quite respite, and this checked the boxes! Property and furniture were clean and comfortable. And despite the heat, we were able to spend time on the shaded deck. We found ourselves choosing to stay in and enjoy the river, adding a cold drink and a good book, and we were set. 10 out of 10! "This was just a short weekend trip for my friend and I. It was a decent stay. It could have been a bit cleaner to my liking, but it wasn’t awful. My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones. "Very quiet area. The unit was conveniently located and had all we needed!"

"Cool, industrial apartment. The exposed brick and open ceiling makes this place really unique. Parking was a little iffy, although it being a downtown property, we were still able to find parking, even if it wasn’t in the designated area. Lots of cool bars and a few restaraunts all right there in walking distance. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!"

"This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball.
