Our charming traditional barn is situated in a tranquil forest with all the home comforts you could need. It is situated on a shared complex of three rental homes.
This spacious property has a beautiful split level lounge area featuring comfortable sofas, large smart TV, air conditioning and a log burner. Not forgetting the quality furniture and antiques. The open plan kitchen has everything you need - full size oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Overlooking the lounge, you can cook a meal and talk to your family in the lounge below.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms which are all ensuite and benefit from air conditioning. Each bedroom has a toilet, shower room and wash basin. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has four single beds. Super quality bedding and towels are provided.
The house has its own private garden with large circular dining table and also a covered area with its own table and chairs. The garden overlooks the children's playground which is great for families.

The barn is set on a small complex of three houses in a very quiet and safe location. You will have shared access to the 10 x 4 mtr swimming pool, the bar / hot tub area and the playground.
The pool area is a large space with a super decking area and shaded gazebo. It is surrounded by walls and a lockable gate for safety.
The bar/hot tub area is a great place to be with its large hot tub with lights and fountains and the bar has its own fridge, music and seating - perfect!
The playground has a play house, swings and slides for all and a table tennis table.
The houses are set in our own valley of 3 hectares which includes woodland, meadows and our very own secret forest. Follow the pathways around the land to enjoy butterflies, wild flowers and local residents - the deer and the very many birds of prey.
The closest town is Thenon which is ten minutes away by car and beautiful Montignac at 15 minutes by car. Both towns have boulangeries, supermarkets and bars/restaurants.
Our local village is just two minutes away and has its own bar/restaurant which has live music every Friday and Saturday.
