"Prime location, close to everything, walking distance from the beach, bars, and good food. Downside: renovated apartment within an old building, check in was easy thanks to the host but semi-inconvenient given placement of things. Host is easy to reach and responds quickly."

"This is in a good central location for exploring San Juan. Unit was very clean. Things that prevented a 5 star review were: they could use more beach towels (there were only 2) and the current exterioir construction is quite loud (but does not start until 8am). "

"The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!"

"I loved staying at Melba’s townhome. Place was clean, Melba communicated and when we had a small hiccup with the check in, she accommodated us. The location was in a nice, gated area of Dorado. When I come back to Dorado, I’ll definitely be staying there or at one of Melba’s properties. "

"Great couple of days enjoying the beach and restaurants in Condado. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Even helped finding a hotel when our travel plans changed at the last minute. Would stay again when returning to San Juan. "
