"This property is wonderful. It is has everything one needs in a vacation rental and is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!"

"Loved the decorations in this home. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. She even helped us get an extra beach chair since there was only one available. (That would be my only recommendation—that there be enough beach shares to accommodate the number of people that can stay in the house, and that they be the kind of chairs that recline. Other than that, we literally have no complaints.) It’s a great place! Highly recommend"

"This apartment was perfectly located for easy walking around Old San Juan. There's a grocery store just a block and a half away and endless opportunities to eat out nearby. The patio was a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy the morning / evening air. Highly recommend this place! We were there with our 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and it was perfect."

"We were surprised that it was a 3rd story walk-up and I think that would be good to add to the description of this place. The only other negative was that the AC was only in the bedroom and the fan didn't work in the rest of the space. "My experience from the beginning to checkout was smooth. It was lovely meeting Adina, a very down to Earth considerate and responsive host! The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly cozy! Although, in the midst of amazing night life just around the corner, the location was safe and quiet! I even felt safe enough to have early morning strolls and walk at night alone. The only draw back was not having the balcony in a central space....

"The property is up-to-date and very clean. As with most properties we stayed at while we visited Puerto Rico, the bedrooms have separate air conditioners. (which worked very well) The main area--kitchen, living room, etc.,--do not have their own. So, it can get very warm. Staying in Old San Juan can be fun, but just beware that people party to all hours of the night. This property is very close to a couple popular bars. The very back room stays very cool and pretty well insulated from the noise....

"This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and because there were 9 of us decided to use VRBO rather than pay for multiple hotel rooms. The house had enough space, was clean and the Lourdes was very helpful. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around the island and use Google translate if you do not speak Spanish. "The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "
