"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"Nothing , dirty , broken furniture, appliances broken . Door locks broken , floors-walls dirty . Lamps almost fell apart , bad illumination in surrenders . Bathroom dirty with dust , dead bugs , linen instead of white ( original color ) the are gray. Rugs in same condition, dirty ) . Chais with the cover ripped. "We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"

"Rented property for 6 days last two days of us being there was no water..called the morning of day 1 and they stated a maintenance guy would check it out and reach out to me,I got a call back stating that it would be turned back on..we returned to property at night and still no water..then when I recalled them again they stated to us that they “were working on the street with the water line is”..again next day the day I am leaving no water at all…I was told that it is stated in the contract for...

"Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived . The AC unit worked great and there was parking available. It was clean however not my cup of tea . I’ll rate it a 5 out of 10. "
