Everything was great: the house is spaceous for 2 adults, safe and quiet neighborhood, it's just a few minutes drive from the beach and 8 km from Chiclana center. "Check in wasn’t particularly good. If you don’t speak Spanish it would be challenging as the housekeeper doesn’t speak English. The property itself is tired and needs updating. The kitchen was well equipped but some of the china was chipped. You do need a car to get anywhere. In the evening here are quite a few barking dogs locally. We have stayed in nicer cheaper properties in Spain. The location of the property was good for exploring the region and the local beach was beautiful"

"Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available."

"Our family stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The day we arrived the housekeeper stayed to let us in, as we were late. She brought her grandson to translate as we spoke very little Spanish. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday, as it was very hot!! We also played billiards and had a lot of fun. We cooked 3 dinners with ease, as there were plenty of pots (and the BBQ), many dishes and glasses, two big cutting boards, and sharp knives! Not every VRBO comes so...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Jual. Very convenient location, closed to beautiful beaches, small villages such as Vejer and also close to Cádiz. The house is well equipped, everything working. We spent most of the days visiting places and it was great to come back and enjoy a swim in the pool and take dinner outside. Totally recommended, we will come back again 🙂."

Kitchen was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and easily reachable. They responded straight away whilst we were at villa and had a query. "Casa del Jardin is a lovely property with an enormous garden. The BBQ area and outside facilities are particularly special. The villa is walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The estate it’s on has some impressive properties on and is nicely designed. As expected it’s quite quiet there in autumn but there was still plenty to do in walking and driving distance. "This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place."
