"It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

"Our stay at Michelle's home was great! The location is perfect, an easy walk downtown or a short Uber ride. My girlfriends and I were there for the UNH Reunion weekend. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths was perfect. Also, having the kitchen or the family room/den to hang out in was so much nicer than sitting around a hotel room to catch up. "John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast."

"At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time. The floors weren’t very clean in the common areas. The bathrooms were clean. The mattresses were on bed frames with no box springs. I’m guessing this home has recently been turned into a Vrbo and still needs some work. The house is in a cute small town...
