"This hotel is utterly disgusting. Smells like cigarette smoke, a dirty film on every surface, window treatment falling off the window, just a dirty place. We literally checked in, saw our room. and checked out in 10 minutes. It's hard to believe this place is in New Port and allowed to look like this."

"The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all. Person at front desk aid that the housekeepers are not very good said ill look for a room that "may" be better. WILL NOT EVER GO...

"This place is gross. The corridors smell like urine and old socks. We tried 3 different rooms and all 3 had no working deadbolts. After they could not accommodate us we decided to leave. I checked the room top to bottom and I found no evidence of bed bugs. I did pull the dresser away from the wall and found a couple of small dead roaches behind them. My guess is the exterminator spray they use works but nevertheless I wouldn’t leave my suitcases in the room. I would rather sleep in a tent than...
