"A very nice location. Very roomy house. Hot tub was awsome & nice big windows. This house would be great for a group of say 4 couples or more if you booked the other smaller biuldings on the property. I did feel 2 things lacking. A nice blue tooth sound system would be great & the kitchen could be better appointed, for instance no olive oil or vinegar for egg poaching. A large cast iron fry pan would be great. Just a suggestion. Anyway for us as a couple wanting a nice night alone its perfect. Its a big house for just 2 but the privacy aspect exactly what we wanted. As for location only 10 minutes from Gloucester, great butcher, IGA pubs & cafes"

"We had an amazing three-day glamping trip that was the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and fun! The tents were beautifully set up with lovely Lillypond views and had everything we needed — a great blend of value and luxury.Our kids had an unforgettable time, especially with Ollie, the lovely, kid-friendly dog who loved chasing after the ball. Kids also enjoyed the indoor games, pool table (used in our own unique way!), visiting farm animals, and just being together outdoors. Big thanks to our wonderful hosts, Simon and Kelli, who made sure everything was perfect and took such great care of us. We even had a little adventure on the way home with rain, overflowing creeks, and tree branches — but it only added to the memories.Highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, fun-filled, and memorable glamping experience. Can’t wait to come back again!"

"We were on a motorcycle trip and were pretty wet and dirty! These rooms were perfect for our group and for the cost, we were happy. Hot showers and comfy beds were all we required. You are walking distance to everything in Gloucester from these rooms."

"Our host was very friendly and helpful and also left us to our privacy. The room was very tastefully decorated and small touches such as magazines made it comfy. The TV service dropped out a couple of times. Thanks for your hospitality"

"It was great being so close to the little stream that runs past tiny house. We were fortunate to be there during quite a rainy period and the stream turned into a gushing river which was music to my ears while falling asleep with the door open. The cabin is cute and very tidy with thoughtful local insights and books and games to keep us occupied. "

"Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. "This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it is simply amazing! Located in the rural town of Barrington it is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting. With three bedrooms, two toilets and a large open plan living / kitchen area the house is ample for a family or two or three couples. The house is equipped with the basics like oils, sauces, dishwashing tablets as well as books, DVD's and games. With a crystal clear pool and over an acre of mowed lawn it's the perfect getaway only two hours from Newcastle."
