"Lovely room and helpful staff gave advice about things to do. A little far from the city."

"Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación"

"Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,"

"We liked the views and garden but the building had the decor, ambience and rules of a retirement institution. The front of staff was unwelcoming and the top floor room we were given was small and inferior, with dated fittings. no TV or kettle and stained carpets (unlike what we saw in the photos) and not acceptable for the price. We would not recommend."

"Bonito pero no proporcional costo de habitación para lo que te daba. Definitivamente el precio es muy alto para la habitación y servicios"

"Safe and very quiet."

"We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special."

"Personal mal educado."

Además tiene habitaciones que dan directamente a las vías del tren, es verdad que se oye poco pero se oye. Para el precio que tiene me parece que no tiene el nivel adecuado."

"I suppose a good location if visiting the area, but a full service hotel it is not. No Air Con, so open windows is the only relief to disperse heat, but when your room is above a busy roundabout and bus route hub the noise of traffic , vehicle horns and heavy goods vehicles is very loud. The noise is amplified by the shape of the front of the building which allows a conversation at street level to arrive in your room as though a shouting match is taking place. A basic, but pleasant breakfast was...

"Hay muy poca iluminación tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. Lo demás bien."

"Great hotel right on the river - the perfect location. Easy walking to Casco Viejo and Abando, with the Guggenheim just minutes away. Our room was excellent, lovely and spacious for the 5 nights, with the comfiest beds. The hotel had a great bar with equally great food. Perfect for a nightcap or meal after a full day wandering the city. I would highly recommend and stay here again"
