"Heating system worked well. The layout of the rooms is nice. They make great use of the space. Only thing I'd hope for is an extra plug socket and tea coffee option"
Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport by IHG
8/10 Good
"I have stayed in the hotel on a number of occasions as it is so convenient for the Terminal at Glasgow Airport. The hotel requires to be upgraded in areas as it is looking jaded and the lighting in the room was not good as it was so dark even with all the lighting on. The room is a decent size and while the bathroom can be cramped, all of the facilities are provided and work well. The food is always of a high standard in an area that is relaxed and comfortable. As is normal the customer service provided by staff is excellent and I would like to highlight Terri the waitress who has served me previously. She is friendly, professional, very customer focused and a credit to the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. One of the lifts was out of order which meant quite long waits for them but that’s out of their control I am sure."
