"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. "The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future."
