I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. "Marvellous find in Quindio. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds, great balconies and were clean. Lovely pool area too. All staff were very friendly and always helpful. As a nature lover, the gardens were great for a wander around in the mornings - acorn woodpeckers, hummingbirds and many other species to be found. Would have loved to be able to stay longer! Highly recommend."

"This is a hidden gem. Landscaped grounds surrounds several intricately finished two story buildings. Staff and restaurant were perfect. Don’t worry about short drive off the main road.
