"Very clean and basic, perfect for spending the night after a long day of visiting wineries. Urgently needs new mattresses, current ones are cheap and flimsy. TV in the room is tiny.
Staff however is nice/helpful and their wine is of good quality."
"The room was quiet with a comfy bed and all the little touches one needs. A kettle, coffee, shelves for your stuff etc… You can tell they’ve put time into thinking about every angle. The rooms are a very pleasant place to nap after an afternoon of wine tasting! We had the Barbera room which is up the skinny stairs but cozy and only muted church bells.
The staff are genuine and kind. They helped me change a car reservation by placing a phone call and stayed on hold for me to the car company for...
"We really liked the location of the guesthouse. We had a room with a balcony and views of the valley which was beautiful. The property is in a very small village and there is not much to see there, but as long as you have a car you can get to Barolo or La Morra in 5 minutes. There's a small pool at the property that our kids enjoyed cooling off in. The room was clean and adequate for our purposes. Staff were helpful and nice."
"Beautiful views in a town high up surrounded by grapes. Friendly owner didn't speak English but managed to show us where to park. The most memorable part of the experience was the restaurant downstairs - excellent, local dishes. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Waiter shaved truffles onto our pasta!"
