Staff was friendly - for example - I am a grad student and asked if was able to print if need be (assignment was due that weekend) and the desk team member was extremely welcoming and explained to let her know if there’s anything I need Our room was well kept and clean! "The room was amazingly spacious. The updated shower was wonderful. My only small critique was that when I walked around the room, the cabinet/tv area would make a creaking sound. I just thought that that would be more annoying for the room next to us, than us. The location near the lake and close to St. Joseph was perfect."
