"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Lovely property, beautifully decorated, spacious living accommodation, great balcony space, all essentials provided. The communication beforehand was very good and checking-in and out was very easy. The location is perfect and transport links are fantastic. If I was pushed to find a negative .... we would've liked blinds in the living room, especially since we were using the sofa bed. However, I would recommended this apartment to anyone looking to stay away from the city centre."

"The good:I booked this place to stay close to a relative. The location is nice because it is close to bus lines, it was also a cheap uber ride to Wimbledon. The Bad: The place does not look like the pictures advertised. There was standing water in the freezer, dirty dishes in the sink, the bed was not made on arrival, and the place needed a serious deep cleaning. I’m also not sure if it has working heat, as there was a small floor heater in the living room and the other rooms were pretty cold....

"The apartment is up to date and had a washing machine which was very useful. However, one of the bathrooms smelled of mold so we had to buy an air freshener and the other bathroom had ants! Another thing to note is that being next to a pub, on Friday and Saturday night it was very loud with music until 1 am."
