Barndominium on the Bourbon Trail - Hot Tub and Horses! Dog and Horse friendly!

Welcome to our farm! Enjoy 34 acres of rolling hills and woods with beautiful views of horses and wildlife. We are located 1 mile from the BG Parkway giving you easy access to all the FUN Kentucky has to offer.

After a full day of FUN, come back and relax in the hot tub, sit by the fire, or go for a walk on the trails in our woods. We have it ALL!

Like to travel with your dog? Bring them along! We offer additional dog care services including feeding, playtime and long walks around the farm. **One dog policy with pet fee required.**

Horses are welcome too! Stalls and pastures are available for rent. Trail riding available in the area includes Shaker Village, Masterson Station Park, Taylorsville Lake, Logan Hubble Park, and Green River Stables. Contact me today for more information.

Don't own a horse but still want to ride? No problem! Horse experiences can be added to your stay. Several levels of lessons are available.

From the enthusiastic greetings of Karl, the dog, when we arrived, to the spotless condition of the home, we had a fabulous time. Great spot to hit bourbon distilleries during the day and relax in the hot tub in the evening.

An immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed place with horses in the pastures and picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Perfect for the 2 of us and our dog, but room for more. Nicole and TJ were so welcoming and helpful. Their dogs played with ours, and we were able to venture off for the day by taking advantage of Nicole’s dog care service. Close proximity to distilleries, Keeneland, and Lexington. We hope to visit again!

The location was perfect for us and the purpose of our trip. It was very clean and is comfortable for up to 4 adults. The property itself is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Nicole and TJ are amazing and super friendly! Their property is so clean and the barndominiun has everything you could ask for and things you didn’t even think of! The hot tub was perfect and the quietness of the country felt so good - way better than any hotel! Karl was the friendliest dog and the horses were great to see! Definitely would recommend staying here and we plan to come back again!

We went for a Thanksgiving celebration: my wife, my brother in law, our dog, and myself. Everything was beyond — well beyond — expectation. The "barndaminium" was spotless and very well supplied. Frankly, we cannot imagine a better stay.

We had such a lovely time at the farm! We were in town for the weekend for a wedding at Buffalo trace, and this location provided the perfect little getaway for my family and dog. We loved giving pets to Karl and Molly and seeing the horses. Highly recommend!

We had wonderful relaxed few days at this farm. It had everything we needed. Nicole and TJ anticipated our needs and you can tell they really care about their guest's experience. The distilleries, shopping and restaurants were close by and enjoyable. We hope to go back soon.

The Barndomenium was a perfect fit for our visit to KY to experience the Bourbon Trail! Nicole and TJ were the consummate hosts, and Molly and Karl the dogs were the best daily greeting committee! Several distilleries super close, easy to get to/find, very clean and cute, everything we needed, and BONUS a hot tub! It was perfect for us, 2 couples. Look no further for the perfect place to stay! Nicole and TJ have thought of everything possible to make this place a home away from home. The barndominium is immaculate, the hot tub refreshing, and the view breath taking! They also do not mind sharing their fur babies (which was my favorite part of the whole trip). Highly recommend this for a perfect get away spot!

Enjoyed a lovely visit on the Bourbon Trail! The Barndominium was perfectly appointed. They thought of all the little touches to make staying with our dog so easy and relaxing! We stayed here to visit some wineries and distilleries for a long weekend. The property was great - it was relaxing, quiet, and very clean. The location is perfect to visit multiple wineries and distilleries, and there is enough food nearby if you don't want to cook. Being an active farm and having the Bluegrass Parkway nearby, you would never know it as there was not any extra noise we heard during our stay. The dogs are friendly and the setting is nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
