"The hotel is very overpriced (esp. on Expedia) relative to similar options nearby. It’s better to call the hotel directly to get a lower rate. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"This property is well maintained and has a lot of transport options and food options nearby. We thought about getting a place near mahakal but the quality of rooms over there was very poor. Staff was polite and room as well as property was very hygienic."
