The location is stunning, they have thought of everything you could possibly need is provided, the decor is lovely and it was spotless! The hot tub and games room is an added bonus. "Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."

"I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. "My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
