We had a few instances when requesting rides back to the hotel from the beach/dinner (an offered service) and the driver did not come (on 3 occasions we were told it would be 10-15 min and waited for 30-40 min before walking), but other than that we had no issues. "The Property is conveniently located on the Strip with lots of shopping and food options nearby and the beach is 2 min walk. Loved our room which had a beautiful sea view, lots of storage and nice big comfortable king size bed. Overall the property is very clean, great dining options both in the Hotel and nearby. The Staff and service are brilliant. Helpful and very friendly. We booked full board and it was worth every penny. Only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. We'll be back "
