Cozy & Comfortable 1BD Cabin In Nederland ~ Walk to Downtown, Trails & RTD Bus

"My two teens and I were very comfortable in this thoughtfully laid out cabin. A wheelbarrow planter full of blooms offered a cheerful welcome. The cabin was a perfect stop in our Co road trip after a weekend at RMNP where we did alot of hiking. Ice cubes and cold filtered water in the fridge, along with a fresh stick of real butter, made us feel very much at home. My teens loved the reliable WiFi after days without. Although I hoped to see local historical mining sites like near-ish Gold Hill (open weekends), we were there on a Mon-Tues which saw all attractions closed. Nonetheless, that afforded us a chance to catch up on needed rest and enjoy the comforts of the cabin. The porch affords a nice view of the surrounding Rocky Mountains and forest as well as the Barker Meadow Reservoir to the east. A five minute walk away is the New Moon Bakery which offers a delicious Pistachio Rose Croissant and Almond Joy Latte (chocolate, coconut, coffee). A lovely rest stop. "

"Very nice, quaint house in a quiet area. It was very roomy for four adults.
We didn't cook but everything you might need to do so was available. We had coffee on the back patio every morning which we greatly enjoyed.

"I really think this is the ideal spot for a weekend or extended stay in Ned. Walking distance to everything, and some extra comforts around the house. We came to run and hike, and Ned is a great jump off spot for a ton of options. "

"This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft are more for kids, so we just put our youngest adults in it. Kitchen well stocked with cooking things. Grill works great. Nice deck. Internet is fast & solid. We locked our keys inside one day and owners took care of it right away. "
"Directions for check-in, checkout and uniqueness of an older dwelling were great. Lots of food options to eat out, but the kitchen is well equipped to cook also. Overall, a lovely place for an individual or couple to retreat."
"This home was a wonderful spot for our family gathering. The setting is incredibly beautiful, the kitchen is stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted, and there are board games, a large library, and a cabinet filled with first aid supplies and toiletries. It's a short and beautiful drive to Nederland. Almost no traffic on the road and no neighbor noise. We loved the property so much, we're considering booking it again for next year. "

"This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!"
