"It was very clean. A little dated but clean. Continental breakfast needs some work. Value was great. The pictures under property description makes you think its on the water with docks. Its not on the water, your blocks away from the bay. A little misleading. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would stay again. ."

"Our stay at Terrace Bay was nothing short of awesome! We were traveling through the UP to see family in lower Michigan and booked due to the listing information. The room (in the new addition) was exceptional. It was clean with good amenities but not too overboard for a UP hotel. We were able to also eat dinner at the restaurant and I cannot remember when I had a meal that good in a long time. The food was excellent, the dessert was decadent, and the service was beyond exceptional. The only “complaint” (not even a complaint) is that you will spend a bit more then typical for a meal if you are considering other dining options in the UP but it’s 100% worth it. The whole package is a perfect balance of UP hospitality with modern tastes and service. We will be back and we will be recommending it. "
