"The best hotel in Kolding. Beautiful, modern interior and really nice, very clean rooms, and the parking in the hotel’s own garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, breakfast can be quite chaotic at weekends (at least on Sundays), as you have to book a table in advance. If you’re not aware of this, you may not find out until check-in, by which time the only available breakfast times might be 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. Not exactly ideal when you’re on a weekend getaway and hoping to relax and sleep in. The system also means that a large number of guests arrive for breakfast at exactly the same time instead of gradually, resulting in complete chaos around the breakfast buffet, very long queues and frustrating waiting times. It’s such a shame, because otherwise this is a lovely hotel."

"This was my 3rd time staying here. It is becoming a little of a home away from home. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. This year the breakfast bar seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping up and was a little messy and not as well stocked as previous visits. However overall this is a perfect place to stay when you are in town."

"The Milling 11 is a useful hotel for rail travellers as it's about 10 minutes walk from the main Odense station. If you are Interrailing to Sweden, Odense is sometimes a better overnight than Copenhagen - certainly the Milling offers better value than most Copenhagen hotels. It's close to the shopping centre, with its range of bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Carl Nielsen and Has Christian Andersen museums. It also serves an excellent breakfast, and offers 24/7 teas, coffee, drinking chocolate and fruit freely in the main Hotel Windsor, 2 minutes walk away."

"Es hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage gleich neben der Autobahn ist ideal für einen Zwischenstopp. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Frühstücksraum haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt, es war sehr laut und er gleicht eher einer Kantine, obwohl die Auswahl reichhaltig war."
