Grosszügige Unterkunft nahe am Meer

Die Wohnung von Ausilia ist sehr geräumig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Von der Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis zu Putzutensilien ist alles vorhanden. Es hat sogar einen Grill und eine Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft ist gut unterhalten. Die Klimatisierung ist super was unerlässlich ist bei dieser Hitze. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Türe der Dusche welche nicht dicht abschliesst. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wasser ist glasklar und es hat sehr viele Fische. Danke Ausilia, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Bon séjour

Merci pour l'accueil et les infos de la boulangerie (cachée à côté de la place du marché). La maison a une terrasse côté est (petit dejeuné) et une côté ouest pour l'après-midi et le soir. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour. Les lits étaient même fait lors de notre arrivée. On a envie d'y retourner. Je conseille. Merci encore.

Aufenthalt im August 2022

Ein schönes kleines Häuschen im satdinischen Style eingerichtet. Klima in jedem Raum- top. Alles was ein man im Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Handtücher und Duschtücher mehr als genügend - erstmalig im Urlaub kein Defizit verspürt. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch Waschmaschine. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ausilia ist eine Top Gastgeberin, immer verfügbar und absolut hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für deine durchgehende Hilfestellung. Absolut empfehlenswert. Angelika F.

Casa carina con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza in famiglia. La signora Ausilia è gentile e premurosa, sempre disponibile a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. La casa dista circa 500 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla sua famosa torre, rendendola piacevolmente fruibile e facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliatissima!

Erholsamer Urlaub auf Sardinien

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin super nett in Empfang genommen und Sie hat sich um alles, wenn etwas angefallen ist, sofort gekümmert. Zur Begrüßung haben wir Wasser, was selbstgebackenes, eine Flasche Wein und alles nötige bekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank.

Schöner Sommerurlaub, Torre di Bari, 2021

Schönes, gepflegtes kleines Ferienhaus in kleiner Wohnanlage. Ruhige Lage und schöner, fußläufig erreichbarer Strand. Vermieterin sehr nett und kümmert sich bei Problemen unverzüglich um Erledigung, für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Splendido soggiorno a Barisardo

Casa confortevole e perfettamente pulita. Dotata di aria condizionata e di tutti i confort necessari . Comodissima la veranda con i due lettini dove potersi rilassare per leggere o prendere un aperitivo. La casa è silenziosa in una tranquilla con facile accesso , nonostante non sia sul mare si può facilmente arrivare alla spiaggia tramite passaggio pedonale in 10 minuti. Ottima posizione perpotersi spostare e raggiungere tutte le splendide spiagge dela zona. La proprietaria e gentilissima e disponibilissima per ogni necessità od informazione . Grazie Ausilia per la gentilezza e la cortesia mostrataci

Merveilleux séjour en Ogliastra

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, avec gentillesse et serviabilité. La propriété est très bien, fonctionnelle, calme, propre et bien entretenue. Et les grandes plages de Barri Sardo tout près et accessibles à pied. Un séjour parfait !

Wir würden von Auselia freundlich abgeholt, da wir die Unterkunft nicht gleich fanden, Adresse sollte vielleicht genauer angegeben sein. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen., sauber und fuer 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Haben fuer den Aussenbereich gleich neues Möbel erhalten, super.. Die Waschmaschine ist neu und wir könnten die Wäsche gut waschen. Was etwas fehlt ist noch ein Platz zum Deaussen sitzen. Es hat uns aber alles sehr gut gefallen.

proprietà in un contesto un po da migliorare nei particolari ma con tutto il necessario, posizione a 5 min dal mare a piedi, con spiagge ampie e poco frequentate, fuori dal centro , ci si sveglia al suono dei campanacci delle pecore al pascolo

Perfektes Haus mit sehr netter Vermieterin!

Wir kamen an und wurden sofort sehr gastfreundlich mit Obst, Gemüse, Wasser und Wein aus eigenen Herstellung empfangen! Das Haus ist perfekt für eine 4-köpfige Familie, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in 6 Minuten. Auch ein Früchtestand, Minimarkt und Restaurants sind nicht weit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Hinterm Haus sind nur noch Wiesen, wo ab und zu Schafe weiden. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder mal!

Hübsche, saubere, gut eingerichtete Wohnung fußläufig zum Strand

Die ebenerdige, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (Einbauküche, Waschmaschine) liegt in einem kompletten, eingeschossigen Flügel eines FeWo-Komplexes fußläufig zum kilometerlangen, sauberen Sand-/Kiesstrand von Torre di Bari in der landschaftlich sehr reizvollen Ogliastra. Ausilia war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns mit frischem Gemüse und selbstgebackener Torte empfangen hat. Herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank nochmals!

Ottima soluzione per vacanza in una terra da scoprire

Ottima accoglienza, properietaria molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento accogliente e spazioso con tutto il necessario, duecento metri dal mare con camminamento comodo, punto ottimale per visitare le meravigliose spiagge dell'Ogliastra e i suoi tesori all'interno, come le grotte di Ulassai. Consigliatissimo.
