Beautiful and elegant apartment on the seafront, crossing the street you will find yourself with your feet in the crystal clear water.
At guests' disposal there are two balconies with sea view and all the technological comforts such as: home theater system, split air conditioning and free wifi.

It is the ideal location because it is 6 minutes by car from the International airport, 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the ring road exits

The apartment is located on the Lorusso waterfront, an avenue full of fish restaurants and clubs for the evening; but also of shops where you can go shopping in the center of Palese. We report the Palesano bakery 3 minutes away by car to taste focaccia and local rotisserie.
A few minutes drive we indicate the areas of Santo Spirito and Giovinazzo to visit in the evening.

Crossing the road out of the gate is the bathing area; among the establishments present, we mention the SUN BEACH, a private beach with bars and swimming pools for both adults and children. The beach is not sandy but there are pebbles that make the water cleaner and more crystalline.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, in 105 square meters of space.
The environments are divided into:
- Kitchen. Modern and fully equipped with: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, wine glasses and various utensils.
- Living room. Sofa for one person and television with home theater system.
- Master bedroom. Double bed, television and wardrobe.
- Bedroom. Two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed, and a wardrobe.
- Bathroom with chromotherapy shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
- Other services available. Split air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom, free wifi, mosquito nets, iron, washing machine and clothesline, beach equipment complete with deck chairs and umbrella.
Balcony where you can eat during the sunset or simply relax watching television.

Free internal parking in the courtyard with unassigned parking, therefore it is subject to availability; if you want out of the building there are also free parking spaces.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the hotel and require a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23. 00: € 25.00; - 23. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The two most important historic buildings are the Church of San Nicola and the Swabian-Norman castle, one of the most important Romanesque monuments in Italy. Who wants to discover the true spirit of Bari can not miss a visit to Bari Vecchia, by day the ancient and popular heart of the Apulian capital and at night a fashionable place for young people.
In the old quarter of Bari it is possible to enjoy the local street food: the sgagliozze, the popizze, the Bari calzone, the panzerotti without forgetting the focaccia and the taralli. Very famous are two historic bakeries: Panificio Fiore and Panificio Santa Rita.
